Stumbling upon an isolated house, the young women are glad when retired surgeon Dr Heiter beckons them in and offers them temporarily shelter. However, their relief is short-lived when the deranged medic reveals his plan to surgically graft together Lindsay and Jenny with Japanese tourist Katsuro.
