Romance Anna Brady is deliriously happy with her boyfriend Jeremy and she hatches an elaborate plan to propose to the man of her dreams in Ireland on Leap Day. However, her best laid plans fall into disarray when bad weather forces her plane to make a huge detour, far from her intended destination of Dublin. Anna is understandably distraught until handsome innkeeper Declan promises to help her travel all of the way to Dublin in time for February 29.
