Patience (After Sebald)

Documentary exploring the influence of German writer WG Sebald on artists and academics. This meditative essay draws inspiration from the book The Rings Of Saturn and its narrative walk through coastal East Anglia. The colourful histories of Suffolk and Sebald gradually come to the fore as the film builds different texts and images into a mosaic of the writer's life.
