L'Eclisse (The Eclipse)

Drama Re-release of Michelangelo Antonioni's 1962 meditation on the fragility of human relationships. Vittoria tells her lover that she is ending their affair and promptly leaves. He gives chase but soon gives up when she makes it clear than there is no chance of a reconciliation. Moving back in with her mother, Vittoria meets stockbroker Piero, who pursues her with disarming confidence and vigour.
