The Beach

A young American backpacker holidaying in Thailand is given a map to a so-called paradise. Accompanied by two French travellers, he sets out to locate this secluded oasis and finds a mini-community, removed from the outside world. At first, life on The Beach is blissful but the dream soon turns sour when sexual jealousy takes hold of the camp, turning friends and neighbours into newly sworn enemies.
