RSC Live: Cymbeline

Melly Still directs Shakespeare's rarely performed romance is set in a divided Britain, which is broadcast live from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon. Innogen, daughter of beleaguered queen Cymbeline, has secretly married her sweetheart Posthumus. Cymbeline is determined to pair off her daughter with her stepbrother Cloten so she banishes Posthumus to Rome. In the Italian capital, Posthumus meets a cocky man called Iachimo, who dares to question Imogen's fidelity.
