Action Andrew Foster has been separated from his younger half-brother Garrett since childhood. The two men may have enjoyed very different upbringings but they share a love of fast cars. This obsession with souped-up motors leads to trouble and Andrew and Garrett find themselves indebted to powerful Marseilles crime lord, Jacomo Morier. The only way to clean the slate is to steal a vintage Bugatti belonging to Morier's sworn enemy, gangster Max Klemp.
