Comedy Parisian lawyer Victoria can successfully navigate the courtroom but she is struggling to raise her two young daughters following her divorce from ex-husband David. In the midst of this emotional turmoil, Victoria agrees to represent her friend Vincent, who is accused of stabbing his girlfriend Eve. Victoria is aided by a new intern, Sam, who doubles as a babysitter for her daughters. Her life continues to implode, threatening her ability to mount a credible defence for Vincent.
