This Is Congo

Documentary The Democratic Republic of Congo is a mineral-rich nation, which has been scarred over the past two decades by bitter conflict and changes to the government. In a little over 90 minutes, this documentary attempts to make sense of the republic's blood-stained history and running battles between Rwandan and Ugandan-backed M23 rebels and the Congolese National Army. Harrowing footage from the frontline is intercut with interviews four contrasting figures at the centre of the upheaval.
