Musical Sophie Sheridan nervously prepares for the grand opening of Hotel Bella Donna. Her husband Sky is currently in New York while two of her fathers, Bill and Harry, are delayed by important meetings. Thankfully, architect Sam and her mother's best friends Tanya and Rosie are on hand to allay Sophie's nerves. They encourage Sophie to look to the past - specifically her mother's Donna's arrival on the sun-kissed Greek island of Kalokairi - for courage.
