The Passenger

Drama Journalist David Locke has become disillusioned with life, and with his potentially dangerous work covering current affairs in Africa. When a friend turns up dead in a Saharan hotel room, David impulsively decides to take on the identity of the deceased. He steals the dead man's passport and diary for a life-changing odyssey around Europe, including a fleeting romance with a girl. Even with a new identity, Locke cannot outrun his past forever.
