The Merry Wives Of Windsor: Live From Shakespeare's Globe

Comedy Director Elle While presides over a fierce battle of the sexes in Shakespeare's sly comedy, which is broadcast live from the stage of the historic Shakespeare's Globe theatre in London on the banks of the River Thames. Sir John Falstaff hopes to seduce Mistress Page and Mistress Ford during a stay in Windsor. The cad puts his plan into action by sending the women identical love letters but the wives are wise to Falstaff's plans. They resolve to teach the scoundrel a lesson.
