Mishima: A Life In Four Chapters

Drama Re-release of Paul Schrader's unconventional 1985 biopic of Japanese author Yukio Mishima, which interweaves scenes from important aspects of the subject's life. Glimpses of Mishima's formative years unfold in black and white, juxtaposed with richly coloured excerpts from some of his novels. The film also chronicles the final day in the life of Mishima before he commits ritual suicide.
