Katherine Mortenhoe, the author of a series of popular novels, is diagnosed with a terminal illness. Television networks swarm, offering her large sums of money for the exclusive rights to capture her impending death on film. She flees the media circus and falls into the arms of handsome stranger Roddy, who seems to have her best interests at heart. She doesn't realise that he is a reporter who has cameras implanted in his head that are capturing every moment through his eyes.
