King Zhou is determined to conquer the Middle Kingdom and his loyal concubine Daji spurs him into action. Years of slaughter follow and entire tribes are wiped out as Zhou pursues his quest for supremacy. Jiang is one of the few remaining leaders, who stands defiantly against the warmongering king. He learns of the existence of a powerful artefact, the Sword of Light, which can turn the balance of power against Zhou and end the carnage.
