Hitman Arthur Bishop retires from the killing game and plans to settle down with his sweetheart Gina in a sun-kissed tropical paradise. Unfortunately, an old adversary, Riah Crain, discovers Arthur's whereabouts and pressures him back into action by kidnapping Gina. In order to save the woman he loves, Arthur must travel around the globe and carry out three suicidal missions. In the process, Arthur forges new alliances and uses his fighting skills to take on Riah and his gun-toting henchmen.
