Drama American author Deborah Lipstadt receives a call from Anthony Forbes-Watson, managing director of Penguin Books. Holocaust denier David Irving intends to file a lawsuit in London because the company has refused to withdraw her book, Denying The Holocaust: The Growing Assault On Truth And Memory, which repeatedly mentions Irving and which he claims is robbing him "of his reputation as a professional historian".
