Action Chinese intelligence officer Liu Jiuan is sent to Paris on a top secret assignment. During his time in the French capital, the operative becomes embroiled in a deadly conspiracy, reaching the uppermost echelons of power. On the run for his life from corrupt cop Richard, Liu meets drug-addicted hooker Jessica who is mixed up in the deadly plot. Together, Liu and Jessica aim to take down the bad guys, with a little help from his nifty martial arts skills.
