Sunshine State

Drama Marly Temple runs the Sea-Vue Motel, a cosy little establishment, which the developers are keen to tear down. Divorced from musician Steve, Marly seems to have everything in control, until good friend Scott announces he is leaving town to become a professional golfer. On the rebound, Marly stumbles into a romance with architect Jack Meadows, who has been hired to transform the swampland into luxury apartments.
