Comedy Ever since he was a child, Stephen has contrived ways to get people to part with their money, often involving his younger brother Bloom in his hare-brained schemes. As adults, the siblings are experts of their craft, aided sometimes by Stephen's virtually mute girlfriend Bang Bang. When Stephen earmarks rich and beautiful Penelope as the target for their next sting, romance unexpectedly complicates the underhand scheme.
