Documentary filmmaker Steve James travels to Chicago to meet the members of an innovative organisation called CeaseFire, which believes that violence begets violence and the only way to keep the streets clean of blood is to deal with potential perpetrators as early as possible through mediators, whose lives have been touched by tragedy.
